I originally met owner Mr. Ron Jackson some years ago. At that time it was in passing and networking of two small business owners.This morning I called because I was now in need of his services. Within 2 hrs. Mr. Jackson and his assistant arrived. They listened as I explained the problems, surveyed my units, crawled thru my attic and even completed a video to walk me thru what damages were done. He first called in parts to see if the unit could be repaired. Having an older unit there ready wasn't much he could do since parts are no longer available.He then completed a inspection of my outer unit and found the problem there as well. I asked about another problem I was having with my hot water heater and he took a look at that also. Finding the problem and not only informing me about all of them but also educating me on how the units were suppose to function properly and what was needed to make that happen, was a big help. I appreciate someone who took time to express excellent customer service and decorum. With Mr. Jackson having a trainee with him it only made this experience that much more of a great one for me.I am awaiting the quotes from today's inspection and will happily be using this company for my HVAC needs in the future.I wholeheartedly recommend this company for your HVAC needs also.Ms Fikes

Excellent customer service!! I had a very great experience with Jackson Heating and Air. They install a new air/heating system for me three months ago. I started having problems with my heating system, he came over and found out that the problem wasn't the system but some old wiring. He replaced all the wiring and got me back up and running. If you want someone who stands behind their work call Jackson Heating and Air

I highly recommend Mr. Jackson and his team. He did a phenomenal job with replacing our HVAC system. He was courteous, very professional, and very knowledgeable. He taught me some things to do and look for with maintaining the system he installed as well as some of the reasons the old one was having trouble which he showed me. Very thankful for him and his service.
